Noam Chomsky: GOP Victory Amounts to Death Knell for Humans.
The left wing nutballs are really stressing out now that their global warming scam has been completely exposed and thoroughly discredited… Chomsky issues a few last gasps with more toxic and incendiary speech as is typical from the radical left.
Chomsky goes on to explain that the election of Republicans who reject man-made global warming claims posed “a danger to the survival of the species.” “We’re essentially saying, ‘Let’s kiss each other goodbye,’” he added.
Chomsky expressed anger that society was rejecting the man-made climate fears and he dismissed the views of skeptical meteorologists as just “pretty faces that present the weather forecast.”
Wow – what a creep.
111th Congress Added More Debt Than First 100 Congresses Combined: $10,429 Per Person in U.S. | CNSnews.com
The amount of money spent by our out of control Congress is insane. During the 110th and 111th Congress led by Nancy Pelosi they have increased the national debt by over $5 trillion dollars! That’s about $16,500 per person in the US. Imagine if every person in the US (man, woman, child) took out a couple of credit cards with $16,500 limits and maxed them out over the last 4 years – at least you might have some stuff! For a family of four that’s $66,000 – enough for a new car, a pool and a couple of nice vacations – but now you would be saddled with the debt for years to come… just like we are! The difference is that you don’t have the vacation pictures, new car or pool to enjoy, just the stark knowledge that it’s going to be a bitch to pay it all back.
In her inaugural address as speaker, Pelosi vowed that Congress would engage in no new deficit spending.
“After years of historic deficits, this 110th Congress will commit itself to a higher standard: Pay as you go, no new deficit spending,” she said in an address from the speaker’s podium. “Our new America will provide unlimited opportunity for future generations, not burden them with mountains of debt.”
Granted, the 108th and 109th ran up a $2.2 trillion debt during Republican control – they led the way largely driven by the costs of two wars in Iraq and Afghanistan.
Can this insanity be stopped in the 112th and 113th?
The Abiding Faith Of Warm-ongers – Investors.com
Unbelievably, the warmists are still clinging to their eco-facade as they relentlessly strive to control… everything. It would be funny if they did not still have so many dupes.
.. Karl Popper, the late, great philosopher of science, noted that for something to be called scientific, it must be, as he put it, “falsifiable.” That is, for something to be scientifically true, you must be able to test it to see if it’s false. That’s what scientific experimentation and observation do. That’s the essence of the scientific method.
Unfortunately, the prophets of climate doom violate this idea. No matter what happens, it always confirms their basic premise that the world is getting hotter. The weather turns cold and wet? It’s global warming, they say. Weather turns hot? Global warming. No change? Global warming. More hurricanes? Global warming. No hurricanes? You guessed it.
Nothing can disprove their thesis. Not even the extraordinarily frigid weather now creating havoc across most of the Northern Hemisphere. The Los Angeles Times, in a piece on the region’s strangely wet and cold weather, paraphrases Jet Propulsion Laboratory climatologist Bill Patzert as saying, “In general, as the globe warms, weather conditions tend to be more extreme and volatile.”

Thousands have had their journeys wrecked, tens of thousands have been delayed getting away for Christmas; and for those Londoners who feel aggrieved by the performance of any part of our transport services, I can only say that we are doing our level best.

Why Obama Hates America…
How Obama ThinksDinesh DSouza, 09.27.10, 12:00 AM ETBarack Obama is the most antibusiness president in a generation, perhaps in American history. Thanks to him the era of big government is back. Obama runs up taxpayer debt not in the billions but in the trillions. He has expanded the federal governments control over home mortgages, investment banking, health care, autos and energy. The Weekly Standard summarizes Obamas approach as omnipotence at home, impotence abroad. The Presidents actions are so bizarre that they mystify his critics and supporters alike. Consider this headline from the Aug. 18, 2009 issue of the Wall Street Journal: “Obama Underwrites Offshore Drilling.” Did you read that correctly? You did. The Administration supports offshore drilling–but drilling off the shores of Brazil. With Obamas backing, the U.S. Export-Import Bank offered $2 billion in loans and guarantees to Brazils state-owned oil company Petrobras to finance exploration in the Santos Basin near Rio de Janeiro–not so the oil ends up in the U.S. He is funding Brazilian exploration so that the oil can stay in Brazil.More strange behavior: Obamas June 15, 2010 speech in response to the Gulf oil spill focused not on cleanup strategies but rather on the fact that Americans “consume more than 20% of the worlds oil but have less than 2% of the worlds resources.” Obama railed on about “Americas century-long addiction to fossil fuels.” What does any of this have to do with the oil spill? Would the calamity have been less of a problem if America consumed a mere 10% of the worlds resources? The oddities go on and on.

Isn’t that precious. Normal Americans struggle and cut back as they furiously try to deleverage themselves from credit card debt, deflated home values and shrunken retirement funds while the Obama’s party and whoop it up on vacation…

A two edge Democrat sword – ruin healthcare in the US, nationalize 1/6th of the economy and empower the IRS to be part of your daily life!
These folks are at the lowest approval rating yet – but, they don’t care! It’s worth it to them because this will be very difficult to disentangle from!
American Thinker: Obama Is a Stranger in a Strange Land
American Thinker: Obama Is a Stranger in a Strange Land.
This excellent essay captures the problem with Obama nicely…
.. A disconnected president puts us all at risk. We’ve survived narcissistic presidents before, even neophytes. But we’ve never seen the likes of Obama. We’ve never had a president who is angry about everything but passionate about very little. We’ve never encountered a president who hasn’t bonded to his own country. So who is this Stranger anyway, Barack Hussein Obama? What makes him tick? Whom does he love? What fills his heart with joy?Grasping the essence of Obama seems as futile as trying to catch snow. Perhaps part of the reason we know so little about Obama is that there may be very little to know.
The lyrics of a Beatles song keep ringing in my ears:
All the lonely peopleWhere do they all come from?
All the lonely peopleWhere do they all belong? We may never know where Obama comes from, not even the basic facts of his life. But those of us paying attention know one thing loud and clear: A Stranger in a Strange Land does not belong in the White House.
